That quiet shift when self-doubt starts to fade, and you see yourself more clearly, not as an ideal but as you are. I painted this piece thinking about the moments when we stop hiding from ourselves, when we turn towards our reflection with a little more kindness. The figure isn’t stepping into the light all at once, but there’s a change, a soft, steady confidence growing.

80 x 100cm (31.5" x 39.4")

Acrylics and pastels on canvas.

The painting is stretched on a 3.5cm deep (1.5") wooden frame. The sides are painted to compliment the painting.

The piece is varnished, wired ready for hanging and is signed on the front and back.
