a restful retreat from city dwelling, surrounded by the scents and sounds of nature in a tranquil setting. It's often a dream for the city dweller, but vacations can refresh you, as they did me, during a busy working life. Choosing colours that are both calming and attractive to the mind and soul was very much with me as I rendered this totally imagined scene. I sensed the breeze blowing and the grass swishing, hoping that the viewer would also find some peace when looking at it.
The painting is edge bound and ready to hang.
