Original artwork description:

‘Rest Your Mind’ is inspired by the beautiful Heather plant found in the Cairngorm hills in Scotland. This painting shows all the gorgeous shades of the purple Heather plant, with a resting female portrait within the painting.

The title of the painting is inspired by anxiety, and how exhausting living with anxiety can be. Those who battle with their mental health will understand the feeling of wanting their mind to rest.

Oil paint, acrylic paint and spray paint.
