Original artwork description:

This is a painting of a tropical beach near the town of Las Terrenas, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The painting is purposely painted very loosely, more gestural than detailed, allowing drips and brushwork to show through, allowing the process of painting to become part of the energy of the image.

The painting is on unstretched canvas and image area measures approximately 24x35 in. / 60x88 cm.

PLEASE NOTE: This artwork is on unstretched canvas and will be shipped rolled in a heavy-duty mailing tube. Take it to your framer just as you would a stretched canvas; stretching a canvas prior to framing is a standard service at any good frame shop.
