Mixed media painting with acrylic, gesso, enamel and "Grattage".
From my series "Stillstand" (Standstill).
Ready to hang. Sides are painted white.
My animal and nature observations in the time of the lockdown in my area served as the basis for the series "Stillstand".
Due to the general calming down of traffic, wild animals suddenly came to urban areas that they had previously avoided.
Unusual constellations such as humans and animals as well as domestic and wild animals emerged, and the boundaries between nature and civilization dissolve.
