Remembering the Moments is an imaginative, expressive moodscape painting triggered by a photo memory from one of my Highlands and Islands journeys. It's loosely based on some peaceful moments by Loch Duich one warm, sunny, September day. The quirky textured tree is symbolic of reaching out into past memories of special places and moments.
It's in an antique white mount and will be framed in a plain black frame. The black border shown is digitally created for presentation purposes only and not an actual frame. A frame will be custom made once the painting has sold.
A signed certificate of authenticity will be provided.
Please note that the colours of the original may be slightly different to what you see on your screen owing to the varying configurations of individual computer monitors and other equipment.
Please be aware that owing to the minimum image size criteria the images you will see on zoom will be larger than the actual artwork with some possible loss of definition especially when viewed on a larger screen.
All watercolour and mixed media paintings are created on heavyweight acid free watercolour paper. All paints used are professional artist's quality. Paintings are mounted in professionally cut acid free conservation mounts.
Frames are made of wood and sourced from local framers. Flexible tabs are used to fix the backs of the frames to make it easier to reframe paintings in a frame of the Collector's choosing if they wish to do so.
All my paintings are unique originals. I don't do copies or prints of any of my paintings.
Quotations for international shipping may be considered upon request but if so painting may be shipped unframed or plexiglas used instead of glass to minimize risk of breakage during transit.
International Buyers please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility when the goods arrive.
watercolours and ink with a wee touch of inktense.
