A pleasing composition of trees, shrubs, water, clouds and reflections.
This is a tranquil scene to be found in the English Royal Horticultural Society's garden, Harlow Carr. The attraction was the bench which seemed to be offering an invitation to come and sit and reflect. The foliage envelopes the scene making it private, if not hidden. Water is always an enjoyable subject to paint and here it is still and deep making for rich reflections with the odd leaf floating on top.
I pride myself in giving a good service to purchasers as I want them to enjoy the picture and to be assured that it will arrive in top condition. All paintings are wrapped and boxed in heavy duty, double walled corrugated board.
