Original artwork description:

A view of the instantly recognisable Langdale Pikes looking down one of the many little streams running down off the mountains in the Lake District. Two wire fences with wooden posts leading the eye towards the horizon and in the foreground grasses and marshland in the flat of the valley.
It was Springtime when I took the photo on which this painting is based. Bright green shoots of new grass in the fields and the golden red tones of last years grasses in the foreground.
The painting is supplied in a white mount and will fit a frame size 70cm x 60cm.
