Original artwork description:

I am continuing to look at coral, the shapes of corals and their cells, and the marine life in reefs, for my inspiration.

'Reef' is a striking white dimensional relief sculpture revealing individual coral, plant and plankton like shapes on closer inspection.

Each element is mounted individually on the backing board and protrudes up to 5cm, casting intricate shadows depending on the direction of the light shining through them.
