I was lucky enough to scrounge a ride in one of the course boats going out for the local racing out of Looe one evening having just completed a painting for one of the race officials. This particular painting shows a couple of the boats jostling for position before the start of one of the races. I loved the sails' reflection in the water - actually I loved the whole thing!
