Original artwork description:

This image is composed of a variety of images from my time in Cyprus as Artist in Residence at the Cyprus College of Art. The image explores the composition of line and colour and the formation of an image. These are colour studies for paintings that compact space and time into an exploration in the way our minds compact reality to form its narrative of reality.
These glimpses of memory and captured moments of time are etched and drawn, becoming dynamic sets of repeating patterns, line, colour, forms, rhythms and rhymes, in an on-going flow of ‘present’ information, which seeps back to a ‘past’ that exists only in the moment of remembering.
