For my “space” series I drew my main inspiration from the 1940s aesthetics and fashion as well as from the old masters painting compositions. This painting is the third one in the series after “Red space” and “Pink space”. I wanted them to have a vintage, classic feel, while still feeling modern and fresh. This is a kind of tribute to female beauty and elegance in a noir style.

This artwork is made with oil on cotton/linen canvas, coated with semi-gloss varnish for bright colors and clear permanent protection for years.
Canvas was wrapped around the wooden frame, painted around the edges to compliment the artwork & doesn't need framing.

Painting is signed on the front and also comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Signed, titled and dated on the back.

The artwork will be shipped wired on a stretching frame with UPS Service, fully tracked (around 7 days to arrive).
