Original on canvas acrylic painting inspired by the an early evening walk on Burgh Island off of Bigbury, South Devon. The perspective is standing at the foot of the island and looking upwards. I love the contrast in colour between the deep rusty/red sorrel and the bluebells and enjoyed applying the texture to this painting.
