I grew up in Greystones on the east coast of Ireland, the small harbour is dominated by the view of Bray Head, an imposing Headland...
Some nights the sky would almost be on fire with an array of reds, oranges and pink tones making the looming shape of Bray Head even more dramatic!
This painting is inspired by one of those evenings as I walked towards the harbour on the sea front walk the sight of the setting sun was breath taking and called out to be painted...
This painting is oil on canvas board and comes unframed but can be framed on request for an additional €75, an image of how it would look framed is included in the gallery of images
