I like the underwater world for its vivid colors and unusual shapes. If you want to find something you can hardly imagine, you don't have to go far into reading fantasy or space travel - it's all here, on Earth. Just 1 meter below the water surface.

This is the third piece of my marine life series, a fish that reminds me of a Charles Perrault fairy tale - Red Riding Hood.

Oil painting made on stretched cotton canvas with palette knife and brush, edges are painted, so there is no need for framing. D-rings attached on the back, ready to hang. Covered with dammar varnish to preserve color and protect from dust and moisture.
