"Red Onion" is a sweet miniature portrait of an allium. Many food historians, archaeologists, and botanists believe came from central Asia.

This painting is one of 3 miniature framed 'portraits' - the other two are of a lemon and an apple.

I primarily paint small, intimate works as they can be placed in any setting and are priced for affordability.

This comes framed with an easel back, but also has a small loop which will allow this work to be hung.

People describe my work as calming and soothing the soul. I hope each of my pieces does that for you.

The painting will be varnished, wrapped in waxed paper, and packing material to prevent damage. I try to use recycled materials whenever possible in shipping.

Because all computer screens are calibrated differently, colors may differ on different monitors. Most paintings have much more nuanced colors in person. I want you to be totally happy with your paintings, so of course, if you aren't, you are welcome to return it.
