The mother of cheese the earth lavishes us with her gifts year after year. She cares for the seeds of winter crops in her lush, warm depths. She grows crops for us. She hides the history of our land. This same land has been cultivated since time immemorial by our great ancestors. They nourished our family with its fruits and became it themselves".

Sometimes they intersect sometimes running parallel. We change direction, hurry, stop. But this is our path and it's very important to walk it.
