Red Earth is an original oil painting from my series of contemporary abstract landscapes. This series is inspired by the natural world, the contours of the land and hills, the sky’s atmosphere and cloud formations, the flow of the sea and rivers. These shapes and forms are abstracted to their energetic essence and combined with the vibrant colors that I love so much.

It has a modern minimal aesthetic and was inspired by the beautiful scenery of the Pacific Northwest. It captures a blue sky above distant hills and a rich earthy field in the foreground. The warm vibrant colors will brighten any space with a positive, peaceful and calming energy.

Painted on a 1.5” gallery wrapped canvas with the edges painted white it comes ready to hang and signed on the front.
