Original stippling drawing of a red deer.

This is the first drawing I created in a stippling style. It took many hours to create 100's of individually drawn ink dots.

What inspired me to do dotwork was my father. He was fantastic at drawing when he was younger and he had drawn a woman in this style which was fantastic. So while doing my degree I though I would try and what better animal to try it on than my favourite animal, a deer. I loved how my first drawing turned out and I have since then carried it through into lots of other drawings.

This artwork if sold unframed, signed on the front and accompanied with a certificate of authenticity.

About My Artwork:
My Work is about capturing beautiful animals and wildlife in stippling and watercolours. I chose to do this due to my love for animals and I wanted to share this to give them a platform to capture public interest, as they are often just seen as forms of food and produce not actually beautiful living creatures.
