Painting: Acrylic on Canvas.

This 40x40cm painting is anticipating autumn, with the jewel like colour and red/green contrast I love so much in the rural part of Kent where I live and work. I am very inspired by my surroundings, and sped my days translating this love onto canvas.

I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

The canvas is unframed, has white painted edges and is strung with picture cord ready to hang.
