As a fine artist, I am always inspired by the beauty of nature, and one of my favorite subjects to paint is the bold and vibrant geranium flower. These beautiful blooms are known for their rich, saturated red color, and I wanted to capture this vibrancy in a painting.

Where I live, geraniums are a common sight, often potted in clay pots surrounding the village. This gives me the opportunity to pick and choose from the clusters of flowers, selecting the perfect blooms for my painting.

With my canvas and oil paints ready, I set to work capturing the beauty of the geraniums. I focused on the rich color of the petals, working to create a sense of depth and texture in the painting. I also took care to capture the delicate details of the stamen and the leaves, creating a sense of life and movement in the scene.
