Hi, Merry Christmas,
This work is the latest in the Red and Blue series. Here I've used images of Manhattan from a height as the inspiration.
Using successive washes of thin paint I've created depth and abstraction. I'm using Philatho blue a lot more these days; I find that it gives a lovely deep, electric blue base to paintings.
