Rebecca is sitting on the bench
She looks around, there is no shortage of company
Near her a flock of goats
Silent and never sleepy
They look at the landscape with Rebecca
A mile away, the building, the first of a village
Dry grass, the white goat eats
A feathered scarf in the shape of a fringe
It covers and gives color to Rebecca's shoulders
She has drunk all the colas and now her throat is dry
These dark drinks have been around for a while
They grew up with her but now I don't know
What they put in them has never been understood
The more you go ahead the more it is appreciated
The flavor is good but not indifferent
To the progress that grows and advances without saying anything...
The theme is always progress and the desertification that it brings with it.
Here we find Rebecca, a young girl, a lover like all the young people of her age, of Coca Cola but it could be any other symbol of progress and industrialization. Cola is a product that tastes good but has dubious health properties, produced and marketed like millions of other products that are good for business but certainly cause environmental desertification.
The product is painted on a cut canvas of total size 60x60 cm and ready to be stretched on a frame. It can be sold either without a frame and have cheaper shipping costs (contact me for information) or it can be applied on a frame at the time of sale that measures 60x60x2 cm. The shipping costs indicated in the price list of the platform refer to the piece sold with a frame. The photographed image is cut as if it were already on a frame and therefore 60x60 cm. You can therefore see in the photo that the canvas is not stretched for this reason. Before being shipped, a photo of the final work will be shown once it has been stretched and stretched on the frame.
