Series Realms, Girl with her Dragon, Isle of Dragons

Fifth piece in my series called Realms.
My inspiration for this series came when I immersed myself for weeks on end in the book series ‘Otherland’ by Tad Williams.
The feather which will reappear in my other paintings is a thread in the books and I associate it with a deep feeling of longing…, forever and ever looking for better places to be…hoping to ultimately find your true home and/ or true love. The feather represents hope, love, peace and safety nearly in your grasp and it shall be pursued through all Realms until you find what you are looking for.
