Original artwork description:

- painted in several mixed colors in acrylic, pencil, charcoal, and spray paint on canvas
- different markers, signs and lines
- worked in several layers
- a thin layer of semi-gloss varnish protects the artwork
- dated and signed on the back
- accompanied with a certificate of authenticity

Jutta Rika Bressem works mainly in mixed media (acrylic, oil, pigments, oil pastel, charcoal) on canvas or paper. The work itself is a combination of the current inner mood and the mastery of the craft. She sets out on a search and follows her intuition, starting with a series of random drawings, roughly outlined areas of colour, which are revised, changed, corrected, rejected or accepted over time. The central importance is on the composition, the colour combination and the application of lines as markers or connecting elements. Through the energetic overlapping of colours and techniques, she gives chance a large space in each painting.

Materials used:

acrylic, spray paint, marker, oilpastell
