That magical moment where golden, shining gems of light shine down through the rain clouds, offering a dramatic contrast between light and shadow. This beautiful moment is captured here, looking back toward Ullswater. Taken from a series of photographs late on in the day, as I completed a hike around the stunning Ullswater, following Ullswater Way. The light was truly spectacular and is captured here in this captivating oil painting. Many layers of thin, veiled glazes of paint come together offering a luminescent depth. Beautiful to enjoy all year round, both in main living, or bedroom spaces. Arrives edges left crisp white, ready to hang and enjoy.
