This art work is a one of a kind created by me, Volha Belevets from my series Rain.
Recently, I have been moving more and more towards abstract painting. This gives me a lot of freedom to Express my feelings on canvas. I have a desire to remove the figurative from my painting, so that nothing interferes with the perception. Just a live broadcast of my feelings. In this series, I show my attitude to such a rare phenomenon on our island (Tenerife) as rain. The picture is painted with acrylic paints diluted almost to the state of water. Expressive lines and contrasting spots create a sense of movement Transparency and depth are enhanced by contrasting pasty strokes.
A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
