"Rachel, study 2" is a work that is part of a series of pictures depicting burlesque: a performance, where the main role is played by a woman and her liberated soul. Painted in a light, painterly way, dominated by the influences of impressionism. Expressive movement of the brush and paint fleshy located captures the spontaneous nature of the image.
The canvas is secured with a glossy varnish. The sides of the canvas are painted over.
A single, unique copy, the painter's signature is in the lower right corner of the painting.
