Action caricature and portrait. 4B pencil & 6B graphite stick sketch, 14x 10 in , 35.5 x 25.5 cm
on a smooth white majong paper... now somewhat yellowed.
This is one of those I did back then at one of my fave clubs in Singapore. The sketch was done on location, inside the club, catching a mood as things got busy…
This is part of a series done between 1999 and 2000 in various nightclubs in Singapore. Many of the sketches were bought up by the until then unsuspecting clubber!
And that’s a scratchy photo of me caught in action sketching in a club on a busy night.
