My city of Kryvyi Rih (Ukraine) is metallurgical, there are many quarries and mines, especially iron ore mines. I have been on the career many times and watched how everything is arranged there. This is such a huge pit in which there are a lot of Belaz excavators and other large and powerful equipment. It looks so impressive, especially against the background of the people, the workers themselves, who work there.

This is not the first time I draw a quarry, but this time I wanted to add more abstract colors and combine figurative with abstraction. Metal is mined from our city and delivered all over the world, bridges are built: for example, in San Francisco, sights: such as the Eiffel Tower in Paris, etc.

I find my beauty in the cars and the huge machines that dig in there.
