It is the city and its everyday casual banality that attracts me;
I try to fix these fragments of urban history into digital files which I then reduce and simplify to a few lines and reinterpret manually, pictorially. I then frame them using recuperated materials from scraps of daily waste.
This is a series of works that I've all entitled Q followed by a number: Q is for quarantine and the number is for the days spent working for those art pieces during my confinement. I made those pieces starting from the month of February 2020.
