I’ve been painting lots of roses recently because they’re so beautiful and I love to paint them. This time I’ve experimented with the deep hues of purple to explore the cool and warm tones in these lovely flowers. I’m sure there will be more rose paintings to come.
This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour pigment and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting has been signed and is sold in a handmade wooden frame, fitted with picture wire, ready to hang.
The painting measures 16" x 20" (40.64 cm x 50.8 cm).
All paintings are carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are shipped with tracking.
