Purple Lemonade is my umpteenth painting in my series of abstract artworks inspired by my love of acrylic pouring. It was created using bold colours like purple to contrast with the light lemons and oranges.

Contrasting colours often mix into mud, but as I do in all my paintings, in order to create a lasting visual impression, hours of practice are needed to maintain a good amount of visible dark space which looks great with the purple and orange

Art buyers (and art lovers) will see symbolic references to prominent 21st century abstract painters as I offer homage to their artistic vision through my own art
