Since moving to Europe, many years ago, from tropical Brazil, I have learned what Spring really means. The new buds on the trees, the birds chirping away, the longer days and the beautiful spring flowers.
One of my favourites are the Hyacinths because of their colours, the small flowers all clustered together and the intoxicating smell.
Because I used some Daniel Smith colours there is a little sparkle in the purple!
