An English landscape painting inspired by the relatively flat and treeless upland grouse moorlands of the Northern England particularly the North York moors, Yorkshire Pennine moors, and Yorkshire Dales, forest of Bowland Painted in a modern contemporary minimalist impressionistic style in shades of purple and contrasting yellow I have tried to convey the tranquil atmosphere of a summer day on the moors.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
