The "Sitting Dachshund Puppy" sculpture was inspired by Pudding, an adorable young puppy with beautiful markings. It's rare for me to be commissioned to sculpt such a young dog, and Pudding, with her sweet nature and love of sitting on laps, made the experience even more special. It was quite amusing to work on her at the same time as my life-sized Great Dane sculpture!
