This piece depicts the struggle between deeply ingrained inhibitions and less savory desires that all humans deal with on a regular basis. I often struggle with a need to be in control that can ruin my enjoyment of situations or, on the flip side, knowing I shouldn't lick the metaphorical amorphous blob and doing so anyways.
