In the sitting for this piece, I asked this young woman to lay on the carpet with her hair beside her.
In a dark room, with dark carpet, and clothing, her pale skin looks illuminated.
I love her quirky, fresh face and her wonderful mane of russet hair.

Painted on box canvas, edges painted black. Unframed but ready to hang.

Ships supported by hardboard, so more secure than a cardboard box, but not as heavy as a crate.

Signed both front and reverse.
