'Promise Me...' is an original artwork drawn in inks, acrylic and pencil on hand stained paper measuring 175mm x 220 mm in size.
The work has some delicate pressed poppy petals worked into it which are just the most gorgeous things...the petals come from a garden in Kirriemuir, Angus in Scotland - not far from J. M. Barrie's house (The author of Peter Pan)
The quote in this particular work is from author A. A. Milne and it is a very poignant piece of writing with a gentle reminder to always remember how wonderful you are...anyone who reads it should be reminded and uplifted by the message.
It's a beautiful message to give to a child.
