Artwork description:

'Production' from "Impeller" series .
65 x 47cm, from limited edition of 7

"The correlation and interaction between a human and a machine, our dependency about technology….and then about automatic mode in which we function. The impact machines are having on our lives is astonishing, on our behaviour, relations towards every aspect of our life. Just when we compare our lives twenty years ago to where we are today and to changes that resulted…the way of gathering information and knowledge, everyday tasks, overcoming distance, about creating contacts, and maintaining relationships with our surroundings are completely different.
What machines cannot help us with…is a complicated asset a human has and that are emotions, thoughts and often the inability to control feelings. Artificial intelligence is much discussed and whether machines are becoming more human…it is the question are humans becoming more like machines.."

Each print is signed, numbered, and accompanied with a signed Certificate of Authenticity and serial number, using secure holographic identification. Prints are sent unframed.

Limited Edition artworks are available as museum-quality, archival pigment prints, professionally printed Hahnemühle acid free paper with white border.

During the proofing process Nikolina works closely with her printer to produce colours and finishes for every artwork, with attention to crisp details of the print. Each print is carefully inspected before final dispatching.

All quoted dimensions represent the actual printed image size, not the paper size.
