二 (er) is number two in Chinese. This eye is the second of 5 sculptures made at the same time and with the same materials: polyurethane, acrylic paint and coated with epoxy.
Eyes are the windows of the soul and this is a recurring theme since I believe they represent the person behind. This second one is green, with purple, black and yellow strains at the iris.
