I'm still having fun with Mucha!
If you don't know Alphonse Mucha was a Czech painter and decorative artist best known for his distinct Art Nouveau or Jugendstil style, an art movement that was most popular between 1890 and 1910. Mucha produced many paintings, illustrations, advertisements, postcards, and designs.
Art Nouveau means New Art and was a reaction to the academic art of the 19th century. It was inspired by Celtic art and natural forms and structures, particularly the curved lines of plants and flowers. The painting my figure is enjoying is a clear example.
