This picture is included in the series of artworks "Pathos of the Bureaucracy".

The artwork "Presidential office" was painted by me under the impression of corruption, empty words, many promises of my power .. I cannot change the situation in my country, but I want to do it. I want to live in a civilized country, and not to pretend. Corruption is covered by bureaucracy.
At the heart of the plot chameleon eats butterflies on a golden phone.
This is an allegory.
Chameleon who was selected by butterflies. Butterflies - people.

P.S. The painting was painted before election of our president Zelensky, before war.

That series of artworks my humorous reaction to the bureaucracy. My own struggle.
