A view of the colourful houses which line the quayside in the harbour of Portree on Skye. I was lucky enough to visit this beautiful island recently and fell in love with the houses and their gorgeous colours with the trees behind and the glorious Scottish seas in front. I have built this painting up in layers so there is some texture as well as colour. I've given it a coat of varnish for protection, the deep edge sides are painted white, it's signed on the back and ready to hang. It measures 81cm x 30cm x 3.5cm so would look great over a sofa or bed. It will be sent with a signed certificate of authenticity. I would be happy to add my signature to the front of the painting so please let me know if this is something you would like.
