Original artwork description:

This is an acrylic painting of Portree Bay on Skye in the evening viewed from the harbor.
It's late Summer and the last rays of sun illuminate the Isle of Rassay in the distance.
Unusually for me this is a Summer painting- I normally do winter scenes with cooler colours.
Here I have used yellows and Burnt orange to depict the long warm summer evenings which can be experienced here on Skye
The painting is on 40mm deep box canvas and is ready to hang or could be framed also.
