Second in my series of portraits I made with the Sky Arts Portrait of the Week project is comedian,Noel Fielding.
Noel Fielding is such a funny guy but also so colourful and interesting. He also paints so I decided to use collage to include one of his own paintings in the background.
The features are painted in fine layers of sensitivity modulated acrylic paint while the background is created with a variety of different painted paper, tissue and printed materials.
I think I have captured the more sensitive side of his nature in this portrait.
