«Show me your hands» is a series of female portraits in which artist Lana Nuori shows the results of self-reflections and social observations. She raises the topic of internal experiences and social pressures that women in particular and people in general have to deal with in our time.
The picture shows the face of a woman in front. Her gaze is directed upwards. Her two palms at the bottom of the image are open and parallel. Two palms on top are symmetrically reflected by the previous one and turned with the backside. Her hair is around the face and develops like lace. The image is in black.
The picture reflects an openness to help. Illustrates a connection between the one who asks and the one who gives.
