This painting is a study of a Cypriot man playing backgammon. The small portrait study was for a larger piece of work exploring a group of men playing backgammon in Pafos. The painting has been framed in a handmade frame by Adam, using recycled wood from pallets. which has been stained and polished using local rock and olive oil.
