Original artwork description:

Port City (16X40) speaks to the heart of any viewer who has lived in a harbor town. Living on the water is magical. And, if we can't live near water, capturing its essence to glimpse in original art on a daily basis may be the next best thing. This painting is an abstracted version of my hometown's downtown skyline. The view is still quaint, reflecting the city's history but with a modern vibe. I feel that energy in this composition. The slim elongated canvas size allows the painting to fit in a variety of spaces. Completed in high-textured oils on gallery-wrap canvas, rims finished in black, the art is ready to hang and/or frame.

Materials used:

oil paint, brush, palette knife, brush handle
