A bright yellow popsicle-like shape, evocative of pop art. “Popsign” incorporates frequently used motifs of bright colors and graphic shapes, and a popsicle or plant-like shape springing from the bottom of the page.

“Popsign” is a mixed media piece on substantial and smooth paper. This small piece would work well as part of a gallery wall. It would make a fun pair with “Spicy Stick (2)” for a bright display.

My work is a mix of many things, and created in a number of ways. Sometimes viscerally — with brush in hand —fueled by loud music, emotion and caffeine, other times it’s more meditative, working in a deliberate fashion. Part of my process is the naming each piece, or series of pieces, and as a lover of words and language, I often feel that a piece or series is not complete until a name is crafted.

This artwork is signed and titled on the front and comes with a certificate of authenticity. The artwork will be carefully wrapped in padding and packed flat for shipping. All shipping is done via FedEx. Please contact me if you have any questions or special requests.
